The controller of personal data pursuant to Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council

II. What Personal Data We Process
The Controller processes the following personal data in particular:
- Identification data (name, surname, date of birth, nationality),
- contact information (email, phone, address),
- academic information (transcripts, grades, test results),
- athletic information (sports CV, statistics, game videos, coach evaluations),
- photographs and audiovisual materials,
- data necessary for communication with universities and coaches,
- any other data you provide as part of our collaboration.
In justified cases, data of minors may also be processed, always with the consent of their legal guardian.
III. Sources of Personal Data
- Data provided directly by the client or their legal guardian,
- data obtained during communication (email, phone, in-person meetings),
- data provided by coaches, schools, or sports organizations,
- publicly available information relevant to recruiting.
IV. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- Assessing the client's suitability for academic and athletic programs abroad,
- actively reaching out to universities and coaches,
- facilitating academic and athletic opportunities,
- communicating with educational institutions and sports organizations,
- entering into and fulfilling contractual obligations,
- complying with the Controller's legal obligations,
- protecting the Controller's legitimate interests,
- sending relevant information about academic opportunities and services.
The legal basis for processing includes:
- Performance of a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
- pre-contractual negotiations,
- legitimate interests of the Controller,
- consent of the data subject, where required.
Processing does not involve automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
V. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Countries
In the course of providing our services, personal data may be transferred abroad, particularly to the United States of America.
Personal data may be disclosed to:
- Universities and their staff,
- athletic coaches and athletic departments,
- educational organizations,
- partner recruiting agencies,
- technology and cloud service providers.
All transfers are carried out in compliance with GDPR and based on appropriate legal mechanisms, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
VI. Data Retention Period
- For the duration of our collaboration and subsequently for the period necessary to protect the Controller's rights (typically up to 10 years),
- for the period required by applicable laws,
- until consent is withdrawn, if processing is based on consent.

- rectification of inaccurate data,
- erasure of personal data,
- restriction of processing,

The Controller has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Access to personal data is granted only to authorized individuals.
